How delivery works

After your order is confirmed and payment is processed, your CS2 skin is delivered directly to your Steam account.

The process

  1. Browse and choose Find your CS2 skin in the store. Filter by weapon type, rarity, exterior or price.
  2. Add to cart and proceed Add the skin to your cart and head to checkout. Review your order before confirming.
  3. Pay securely by credit card All payments are processed through an encrypted payment gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
  4. Skin transferred to your Steam account After payment confirmation, we initiate the transfer. The skin is sent directly to the Steam account you linked at checkout.
  5. Confirmation — use it immediately You receive a confirmation email. The skin is available in your CS2 inventory right away.
Good to know
  • Typical delivery time: within minutes after payment confirmation.
  • A Steam account is required to receive the skin. Link your Steam account during checkout or in My Account.
  • If you have not linked a Steam account yet, go to My Account after registration and follow the Steam connection prompt.
  • All sales are final once the skin has been transferred to your Steam inventory.
  • If you have not received your skin within 30 minutes, contact our support team.
